BUSINESS COACHING │ EXECUTIVE COACHING │ EXPAT COACHING
Oliver offers business coaching, executive / leadership coaching and expatriates coaching.
In business coaching the focus is on direct positive change in business performance. Oliver offers business coaching to both employed C-suites / senior executives and self-employed business leaders and entrepreneurs.
In executive / leadership coaching Oliver's key coaching areas are performance (improving ability to achieve work / business related goals and outcomes), development (developing increasingly complex understanding of self, others and the system to meet present and future challenges) and remedy (remediate problematic attitudes or behaviors that interfere with the individual's performance). In each of these areas the approach is to support the movement of an executive or leader from a current state to a more desired future state. It is about change. As such, the change agenda may include change in behavior, change in a person’s habits, competencies, skills, or aspirations. It may be a change in perspective, how someone looks at and addresses events, business challenges or business opportunities, or how one feels in certain situations. Also in executive / leadership coaching the ultimate aim is to work towards the improvement of overall business performance.
Oliver has a special interest in working with expatriate executives. In this context his work is focused on supporting executives before, during or after international assignments, notably to transition into new roles, coaching executives in multicultural environments or complex stakeholder contexts, or helping executives to find and maintain their work-life balance in an expat environment.
